By installing or using FPL Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Independent app
FPL Pro is an independent companion app for Fantasy Premier League. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League or its data providers. Club names, badges and shirts belong to their respective owners.
2. Your FPL account
You sign in on the official Premier League page; FPL Pro never receives or stores your password. You are responsible for your account and for every transfer, lineup change or chip you confirm in the app. You must follow the Premier League and Fantasy Premier League terms. FPL Pro may stop working if the Premier League changes or restricts the services it relies on.
3. Suggestions are estimates
Predictions, captain picks, transfer and chip suggestions are statistical estimates, not guarantees and not advice. The app submits nothing to FPL until you explicitly confirm it. Recheck injuries, line-ups and deadlines yourself before you decide.
4. Availability and data
The app depends on data and services from the Premier League, which may be unavailable, incomplete, rate-limited or changed at any time. FPL Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for lost points, rank, prizes or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or reliance on its suggestions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt Premier League services, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the Premier League's terms.
